1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Resistance bands

  • Yoga mats that have been unsealed or used

  • Lifting straps, gloves, or supports once worn

  • Water bottles

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will refund the full amount including shipping.

Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color

  • Defective or damaged products

Items purchased in-store must be returned to the store where the purchase was made. Online purchases cannot be returned in-store unless specified.
